Description
Capoliveri is a stunning little medieval town situated ont the south-east coast of Elba , only 15km from Portoferraio and 5km from Porto Azzurro, the two main harbours of the island. The apartment is the newest extension of a small villa just outside Capoliveri (aprox 5 mins walk from the centre of the town)
The villa is surrounded by one hectare of land always pleasantly silent and breezy. Almond trees, olive trees and eucalyptuses are just a few varieties of trees present on the grounds of the house, from where one can enjoy a breathtaking view over the “Piana di Mola” conservation area which is protected by the “Tuscan Archipelago Park”
The self catering apartment is of very recent construction (about 6 months); it has two double beds, one of which is situated on the spacious wooden mezzanine level; it also ha a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, tv, ceiling fans, a big balcony and private parking.
The apartment is also provided by air conditioning.
There are many beaches within easy reach from the villa, some of them within walking distance others just a few minutes away by car.
The most renowned of these are: Zuccale, Barabarca, Morcone, Lido di Capoliveri, Innamorata and Naregno. You can purchase a guide to all the beaches of the island (over 100) from most local News agents.
