On the island of Elba the Hotel Sant’Andrea is situated at Sant’Andrea in an absolutely peaceful area, immersed in the green and surrounded by old pine trees and numerous flowers. The garden of the hotel is not only a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, but dominates also the small village underneath.
As the hotel is 800 meters distant from the sea, our guests can use, for free, our shuttle bus which runs several times throughout the day toward and from the beach
In our garden our guests can find comfortable deck chairs, small shaded areas with rocking chairs for relaxing conversations or in order to peacefully read a good book, a floodlighted table tennis, tables and chairs, plays for the kids and a small lake with fishes.
The hotel has 18 rooms, all with TV-Sat, fridge, telephone, safe deposit box, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, central heating for cooler weather and a few rooms have conditioned air
The rooms are divided in two sides, one with view over the sea and the other with a view over the surrounding hills and all dispose of heating fot the somewhat cooler months of the year. Private covered parking and Wi-Fi service.
Hotel Sant’Andrea is well known for its excellent gastronomic offer distinguishable for the high quality, for the creativity and for the presentation of typical local dishes, prepared with care and love by Sauro and Elisa, the little one of the family …
The day starts …
with a rich buffet breakfast, with different corners made for the pleasure and the needs of our customers, including the section of organic products, with home-made jams and sweets, the fitness area for the lovers of the figure, the corner with gluten-free products and many others sweet and savoury delicacies, that you can taste in the inside hall or outside on the terrace, enjoying in both cases, a pleasant view of the sea, among the singing of little birds and the fresh morning breeze …
… it continues with an excellent lunch, to conclude with the dinner …
both served in our inside hall where our guests can choose among different courses with fresh fish, meat and vegetables, finally a touch of sweetness with our greedy desserts made with care.
The choice of the daily menu is among four first courses, four main courses and three side dishes. Moreover, on request, we can prepare menu for vegetarians, vegans or gluten intolerant, or, for the children, careful menu according to the parents’ instructions, pleased to satisfy every demand and need of our customer.
Restaurant “DA SAURO”
Inside our garden, in our panoramic terrace, you can ask for the restaurant menu “Ã la carte”, spending a pleasant evening, tasting by candlelight, unique dishes of the traditional cooking, poor but with a rich taste, that reminds you our island of long time ago, when the mothers and the grandmothers cooked and everything was made at home!
Or culinary delicacies born out of the imagination of the chef, with local fish, extra-virgin olive oil and good wine, everything coming from this wonderful land, surrounded by the sea, between the warm sirocco and the fresh north-west wind.

During the high season we organize once a week the “Pizzata” with all the pizza you can wish, cooked in our wood oven and accompanied by a lot of music.
Our guests can use our bicycles and the plays for the kids. During the low season we organise guided excursions in the National Park, exploring the nearby trails.
The hotel has also an agreement with the local diving school, Il Careno, highly qualified.
The direct management by the owners guaranties a quiet atmosphere and a wonderful vacation.
