Hotel Villa Rodriguez – Capoliveri – Elba:
On the eastern side of the island of Elba, a few kilometres from the medieval hamlet of Capoliveri, is the beautiful bay of Naregno, dominated by the ancient Spanish fortress surrounded by woods and Mediterranean forest.
Here is the ancient manor house of the Rodriguez family. Dating back to the early nineteen hundreds, it was transformed into a small hotel in the sixties and since then has been managed by the family with a constant focus on major and minor details, providing an informal atmosphere, simple but cared for and guaranteeing the comforts needed for a pleasant holiday, which is indispensable for making guests feel at home.
The hotel is surrounded by a garden of secular palm trees and oleanders and faces directly onto the beach. Our strong point is undoubtedly the location: facing directly onto a private beach along the length of the hotel façade.
The hotel has a main building and a smaller annexe with a total of thirty rooms. Simple and welcoming, they are all equipped with hot/cold air-conditioning which can be set by the guests, telephone, television, free Wi-Fi connection, private utilities, shower and hairdryer. Some of the rooms also have a fridge.
During the hottest part of the day, in addition to our garden, the old cooled room provides a pleasant place to read, converse or watch television.
The buffet breakfasts are served in our lush garden facing the sea or in our air-conditioned restaurant room, which with its large windows allows you to enjoy a splendid view. At lunch it is possible to have a light lunch facing the sea.
