Villa Prestige is a brand new property, opened in May 2024, located just 300 metres from the sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, one of the most charming bays on the island of Elba, famous for its crystal clear waters.
Guests can relax in the large solarium, enjoy the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Numerous services are also available on Lido beach: dinghy, e-bike, motorbike and car hire, beach club, diving centre and guided excursions. Thanks to an agreement with Elba in Love, guests can use sun loungers and parasols free of charge (except in August) in Lacona and enjoy a 50% discount (except in August) in Morcone and Naregno.
The apartments
Set in a well-kept garden, Villa Prestige offers elegant and bright apartments, all with pool views. Accommodation includes studios for two people and two-room apartments for 2+2, with large windows, terraces up to 40 square metres on the first floor or furnished verandas on the ground floor. A cot can be added.
Each apartment has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe, linen included, daily cleaning service and private parking. Pets are allowed on request.
The central location allows you to reach Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro in about 5 minutes by car.
