Created from the renovation of a large Mediterranean residence, La Panchina sul Porto invites you to discover the Island of Elba in every season. Surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and overlooking the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, the house offers a spectacular view of the sunset over Capoliveri every evening.
We have designed a property where our private living space (on the first floor) coexists harmoniously with the guest area on the ground floor, offering a warm and professional welcome even during the quieter times of the year
The Suites: Rose, Dahlia e Lavanda
The heart of our hospitality is divided into three independent suites named after plants, designed to adapt to your every need thanks to a modular layout:
Total flexibility: the Rose (for three people), Dahlia (for three people) and Lavanda (for four people) suites can be joined together or kept separate, accommodating groups of 6, 7 or 10 people
Freedom of choice: a perfect solution both for those seeking maximum privacy and tranquillity, and for families and friends who wish to share a single, interconnected space.
Design excellence: every space is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, featuring designer furnishings to ensure your utmost comfort.
The Panoramic Studio
Next to our main home, we offer another accommodation option: a spacious and cosy studio.
Intimacy and views: featuring a queen-size bed, it is the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers.
Private terrace: a secluded space overlooking Capoliveri, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and the view.
A strategic location combining tranquillity and village
The property enjoys an elevated position that guarantees peace and relaxation, whilst remaining connected to the centre:
15 minutes to the centre: Porto Azzurro’s main square is just a short walk away.
Nature trail: the path winds through the local vegetation and descends via the historic San Giovanni staircase.
Continuing along the road leading to the property, you can easily reach the GTE, the famous Elban ridge road linking Cavo with Pomonte.
Nature, Freedom and Safety
A large terraced garden surrounds the house and welcomes you and your four-legged friends for moments of complete relaxation with a sea view.
Note for pets: at present, the property is not fully fenced on the southern side (sea side).
Safety guaranteed: for your peace of mind, every floor is equipped with fire extinguishers and every accommodation has a carbon monoxide detector, in full compliance with current regulations.
