Island of Elba
Elba island: is an island of traditions, of enchanting sceneries and luxurious nature, with an advanced tourist infrastructure combined with protected and untouched nature.
It forms an important part of the Tuscan National Park and boasts hundreds of beaches and plenty of opportunity for relaxation and adventure.
The sea around Elba is a scuba diver`s paradise. Elba is easily crossed by car, but it is on foot, by bicycle or on horseback that the delights of this beautiful island are best discovered, from the coast to the Monte Capanne, which is the highest point of the Island (1,019m).
There are plenty of historical sites to visit too. Etruscan and Roman remains, as well as Napoleon`s residence.
