Description
This tiny house is located in the historic center of the more ancient village of Elba Island, it is in a very quit street near the main square of Rio nell’Elba.
You can leave your car at the distance of 50 meters from the house. There are also 3 public parking at the distance of 150/200 meters (two of them are free).
The flat is small but very clean and well-organised. There is the sun in the morning and shadow during the day.
The studio has new comfortable double bed and a new single one.
We can provide you, for a fee, linen and towels (three per person).
The entrance is shared with only an other apartment, but the front door is independent.
Rio nell’Elba is a village out of the time, it is the right place to appreciate the beauty of the island without summer confusion and traffic. Get ready to a unique experience.
During the third week of July you’ll find the very interesting event “Independent Publishing Festival”. Don’t loose it!
If you prefer, at the end of the summer, in October, when the weather and the sea are still warm, there is “The Grape festival of Capoliveri”.
Transports: at the distance of 200 meters there is a bus stop to go anywhere on the island. During the summer a free shuttle (from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.) bring you to the nearest beaches (Ortano, Cavo, Cala Seregola, Topinetti, Rio Marina).
In a few minutes walk it is possible to reach GTE (Great Elban crossing ) and Gravity Park for MTB.
Beaches: the nearest one is Ortano (3 km), then Magazzini, Bagnaia, Nisporto, Nisportino, Rio Marina, Cala Seregola, Topinetti, Cavo. But you can reach all beaches of the island.
