House La Colombaia – for max. 8 people – is an ideal solution for one or two families with children and dogs who want to explore the Island of Elba, as it is close to two of the most beautiful beaches on Elba, Marina di Campo and Procchio.
Situated in the hilly area of Marina di Campo, in a strategic position for visiting both the north (2 km from Procchio) and south coast (2 km from Marina di Campo) this elegant property is surrounded by a large park in a panoramic position overlooking the plain.
The private driveway runs through a small pine forest and leads to the parking area from which one continues on foot for approx. 50 metres to the main house (not rented) and the ‘Colombaia’.
The ‘House Colombaia’ is a beautiful 1970’s country house of 110 sqm with a large living room, separate kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is only on one floor and is surrounded by a large garden, partly uncultivated but ideal for children and dogs (on request), as it is completely fenced off. From the lounge there is access to a large covered terrace with outdoor barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The lounge and some rooms overlook the garden with three large pine trees that provide shade even in summer. The place is very quiet and private.
