Description
Villa Luna is located in a small private road in the gulf of Portoferraio, 50 metres from the sea, on the north side of the island, in Schiopparello, an area of wildlife respect, ideal for those who enjoy a holiday immersed in nature, peace and tranquillity.
It is divided into three flats: two two-room flats on the ground floor and a large flat on the upper floor.
Villa Luna’s enclosed garden is a peaceful, well-kept and cosy corner, ideal for relaxing by reading, sunbathing or enjoying the shade of the plants. Guests can enjoy a barbecue area, hammocks, sun loungers and hot water showers. All these spaces are shared, as is the laundry room.
Leaving the gate, it is just a short stretch of white road (about 50 metres) to reach the free beach, with the possibility of renting parasols and sunbeds at the kiosk bar. The beach, mixed gravel and sand, overlooks the Gulf of Portoferraio and offers, on the right, a pleasant shaded area thanks to tamarisk trees.
Pets are welcome.

Apartment for 6-8 persons
Climb the external staircase to reach the flat on the first floor comprising a large bright entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed, three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with direct access to the terrace, bright and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ventilated oven, two rooms with direct but separate access to the relaxation terrace.
Apartments for 2-4 persons
On the ground floor with separate entrances are the two one-bedroom apartments, beautifully separated to ensure maximum privacy. They have a patio and garden in front, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living room – kitchen area well equipped with ventilated oven, with sofa bed for 2 persons.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, TV, parking, laundry, furnished garden, hot showers in the garden, heating.
