Villa Iris (for max. 4 people) is an independent house with a terrace with sea view located just 100 meters from the beach of Cavoli, one of the most beautiful sandy bays in all of Elba.
It ‘s surrounded by silence and by a private Mediterranean garden full of flowers.
Villa Iris consists of 2 rooms: a spacious bedroom with double bed, living-dining room with sofa bed (2 comfortable single beds) and large bathroom with shower.
The house is also equipped with a private parking space and TV.
Villa Magnolia
Villa Magnolia (for max. 4 people) is a single villa, built in local granite, very neat and brigh. Inside it has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area and bathroom. From every room you can admire the sea and the green of the Mediterranean scrub.
The property overlooks an elegant wooden pergola where there is a table with granite benches for outdoor dining or socializing. The rest of the house, on the other hand, consists of a large garden, for exclusive use, where there are sun loungers for sunbathing or to admire the most beautiful Elban sunsets and an outdoor shower.
