Villa Lucia is a property for 7 people a few steps from the center of Marciana Marina.

The villa is completely fenced and is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays near the sea and nightlife but remaining in a quiet area.

Inside you will find a spacious living area with sofas (one of which is a double bed), TV, a bright dining room and a large equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms, one with an additional third bed and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

The outdoor spaces consist of private parking, garden, garden furniture and a table for eating outside, a courtyard equipped with BBQ and a small terrace at the back.
