The Residence Terme Isola d’Elba is located just a few minutes from the harbor of Portoferraio and very close to the Terme di San Giovanni and it offers 12 comfortable apartments, (one, two and three-room apartments), in an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by the Tuscan countryside . It is ideal for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and its central location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of the island in just a few minutes.
THE APARTMENTS
In addition to the Open Space studio for 2 people on the ground floor with equipped garden, the residence has two-room apartments for 2 to 5 people and three-room apartments for 4 to 6 people, divided between the ground floor and the first floor with equipped outdoor areas (patio, garden or terrace) accessible directly from the apartments or in the common garden. All apartments are furnished in a functional way and equipped with: independent air conditioning or heating system, free Wi-Fi internet connection, safe, TV, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and private parking. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, with weekly change is included in the price (excluding personal hygiene items which will be provided only upon arrival).
Pets are allowed with a supplement.

For those who take Thermal treatments, a 15 to 20% discount on the stay according to the period.
Conventions
The Residence has an agreement with the Terme di San Giovanni, easily reachable by foot, where it is possible to have face and body treatments, massages, beauty treatments and beauty rituals, wellness programmes, purifying and draining treatments with discounts between 10 and 15%.
The guests of the Residence will have free access to the beach filled sand equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, the Olympic-size swimming pool with sea water and the special open-air whirlpool tub to the nearby Hotel Airone by purchasing the Hotel Club Card. Children can use the games, the swimming pool for kids with slides and shallow water and participate in the entertainment activities organized by a creative and discret staff (from 10.06 to 09.09 2023) and the “Il Giardino delle Rose” restaurant with à la carte menu.
At the Hotel Airone, there are discounted offers at the Diving Center Diving in Elba.
Free parking and 10% discount on the rental of umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs and on the restaurant/pizzeria in Bagno Orano, 6.5 km away from the residence, on thesandy beach of Lacona.
Early Booking discounts and discounts for Thermal customers on stays cannot be combined.
