Apartments on the Island of Elba – Talas Bungalows at Lido di Capoliveri:
New costruction, situated at only 150 mt. from the sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri placed in the beautiful Golfo Stella, Talas Bungalows are born from a concept that brings together innovation, environmental sustainability and design, creating an innovative touristic product.
The bungalows consist of two units arranged in rows with a separate entrance.
The first unit consist in  two bungalows with 4 beds each (1 master bedroom, 1small room with bunk beds, 1 living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and veranda with garden forniture for out door dining).
The second unit with a single bungalow with 6 beds ( 2 master bedrooms, 1 small room with bunk beds, 1 living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and veranda with garden forniture for outdoor dining).
Besides what is already offered in the 2020 summer season we also have another two new apartments, each sleeping up to 4/5; they consist of one double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with one single bed plus bunk beds, kitchenette with dining area, bathroom with shower, covered and fully equipped veranda.
Final cleaning is included, bed linen and towels be provided on request as well as any baby cots.
For those who want it, within the structure is the Talas Diving Center.
Lido di Capoliveri beach has excellent facilities as hire of sun umbrellas/sun beds/ deck chairs, surfing schools, bars, restaurants.
Nearby, always within walking distance, is the small and pretty beach of Felciaio.
A small market is just a few steps away the structure and the nearest supermarket is at about 1 km.
In the characteristic countries of Capoliveri at about 4 km, Porto Azzurro at about 3 km and in the small town of Portoferraio at about 12 km. you can find all kind of shops.
The Marina di Campo airport is at about 17 km.(ask for a free transfer)
During low season, contacting property, you can request quotation reserved for groups or for short periods such as weekend or other holidays.
