On the island of Elba the Apartments Villa Cecilia are situated in a very peaceful area in the gulf of Procchio. The road leading down to Campo all’Aia is a secondary one and therefore frequented only by locals.
Villa Cecilia is in the middle of a large garden where children are free to play, surrounded by lush, Mediterranean bush. There are fruit trees, pine trees and a wide variety of flowers whose delicate perfume hangs in the air, thus creating a very relaxing and peaceful environment.
The Apartments Villa Cecilia have 2 three-room-flats, 4 two-room-flats, 1 independent 2-room-flat.
They have a covered parking area and laundromat.
All the apartments have Lcd TV, Wi-Fi and a covered loggia while those on the ground floor have even an independent space equipped with a grill.
The fine, golden sandy beach is just 70 meters far away and can be reached walking. You can choose the services of a beach bath, umbrella and deck chair rental, or you can go to the public beach which is cleaned daily.
Not far away, at the end of the gulf, the “La Guardiola Sailing Club” has a large, rented mooring area for boats, as well as sailing and motor boat rental. You will also find catamarans and Optimists at the sailing school on the road towards the town, as well as boat rentals.
The center of Procchio is 300 meters walk away and can be reached by taking the provincial road or by going along the promenade.
