The Main Restaurant
In the Glass Hall of the main restaurant, facing the romantic evening sea of Biodola, you can dine, every night, selecting you own meal from an impressionable array of cheeses with honey and jams at our buffet, and hors d’oeuvres, first courses, second courses and side dishes. You will find the best ingredients. Fresh fish and shellfish right from the sea in front of you! Finish this unforgettable dining extravagance by tasting one of our delicious cakes or desserts. Ask our maître d’hôtel to advise you concerning the many other famous labels housed in our well-furnished wine cellar (open every evening from 7:30pm to 9pm).
The Maitù Restaurant – A Tuscan afternoon
To dine with the background of the splendid Biodola sea and be fondled by the soft breezes that cool you off, is a pleasure no one would deny themself or herself. The Maitù Restaurant is situated a stone’s throw from the beach.
The sea is so close to you, you will feel you can touch it! In the restaurant’s open salon, light dishes with a Mediterranean aroma – above all composed of fish and the freshest salads – are served. (Open daily from 12:30pm to 14:15 [2:15pm]).
From June to september the Maitù Restaurant organises an exclusive Tuscan evening every thursfday for half-board guests.
This food-and-wine excursion among the most prestigious culinary specialties of our region, takes you through a vast array of the best Butteri salamis to meat and vegetables’ first courses.
There is also the freshest fish with local cheeses and traditional pastries such as “cantucci” almond biscuits and jam tarts. Superb premium meats: Siena pork meat, chicken, rabbit, wild boar, grilled pork.
These fabulous dishes are cooked and grilled right before your eyes!
Nothing compares with the pleasure of enjoying an iced-cold drink on the panoramic terrace of our Main Bar (10am – 1am). Watch the sun dip into the sea at sunset, and in the distance, view the silhouettes of the other islands in the Tuscan Archipelago fade away into the coming night. On some evenings during the week, the terrace hosts piano bar nights held by carefully selected artists and musicians. Pass enjoyable moments in company with the gentle marine winds and the magical evenings of Biodola. In the afternoons our bar offers a petite carte with many snacks and drinks for the kids, too.
If you wish to have a light lunch, stop a while on the beach at the Bar Maitù (9am – 7pm). Here you may relish sandwiches, flat bread delights, salads, fruit salads and ice creams.
*Our guests can ask for a half pension service which includes breakfast and dinner. Also available, upon request, are vegetarian and gluten-free menus. Special dishes for children are also accessible.
