Description
At about 200 meters from the beach of the Madonna delle Grazie, a few kilometers from Capoliveri, the Residence Baia delle Grazoe consists of 13 independent apartments, for 2/8 people, each with garden and patio.
The structure is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where you can enjoy the beautiful south coast of the island.
The apartments
The apartments are furnished with care, all with independent entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, veranda and independent garden, equipped with armchairs, deck chairs and beach umbrella. They are equipped with crockery, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, free WiFi.
Covered parking space, barbecue, sun terrace with sea view, laundry room with drying racks.
Bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change.
The residence is a few steps from the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, where the valuable oil painting of the “Madonna delle Grazie” is preserved, depicting the Virgin with Child and some Saints, the work of the Como painter Marcello Venusti, a pupil of Michelangelo, on drawing of the distinguished master.
A few kilometers away it is possible to reach the town of Capoliveri, an ancient village characterized by its beautiful alleys, located in the hills and in the center of a green peninsula, overlooking the surrounding sea giving the opportunity to admire wonderful views.
