On the Island of Elba the Residence Sud Est, overlooking the bay of Mola, is divided into three villas scattered in a green pine forest and are called Bellavista, Panoramica and Approdo. They are located in a quiet and panoramic position, and include apartments consisting of 4 two-room apartments and a 3-room apartment, all with private entrance and private parking. They are functionally and comfortably furnished, have an outdoor space or terrace equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.
The apartments
Two-room apartment 2/3/4 beds (about 35 m2): living room with kitchenette and dining area, a vestibule with an extractable double bed, a double bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom. WIFI, hairdryer, LCD TV.
Three-room apartment 5/6/7 beds (55 m2): on two levels, on the groundfloor a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, vestibule with an extractable double bed and upstairs an open plan with a galleried double bed, air conditioning and a single sofa bed. WIFI, hairdryer, LCD TV.
The apartments are located in a privileged position, about 1000 meters from Porto Azzurro and about 5 km from Capoliveri, and can easily be reached in a few minute’s drive. The most beautiful beaches of the southeast coast such as Barbarossa and Reale in the district of Porto Azzurro and Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi in the district of Capoliveri are close by.
