Semi-detached house located on the first floor of a large building. The structure boasts a small pine forest for exclusive use equipped with sofas, armchairs and a table where you can relax in the cool even on the hottest summer days.
Inside it is composed of a large well furnished living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with an exclusive shower box with hydromassage, chromotherapy and radio. The villa offers a double bedroom with an extra bed, a double / twin bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. The property also has a large terrace.
